🚨 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 15 days of delivery at info@charmuwings.com with the following:

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos or a short video showing the problem

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll offer you a full refund or send a replacement item at no additional cost.
No need to return the product.

🚫 What’s Not Covered

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind

  • Items ordered by mistake

  • Delays in shipping outside of our control

  • Improper use or mishandling of the product
